Dinner: Mac n’ Cheese and the Earth Diet Superfood Kale Salad
Dessert: Chocolate Cashew Ice Cream
with pecan butter, blueberries and raspberries

I got today: Protein & magnesium. The
Phresh Greens alkalized my body.
Exercise: Walking in Central Park
Affirmation: I
