The Earth Diet book has been successfully launched! It happened on Tuesday 28th October!
I watched the countdown on the website at mid night!
This was my first book launch gift! 3 pounds of organic raw chocolate (avocado pistachio) thanks to Raw Chocolate Man!
I had so much amazing support with the launch and I am so grateful! Vitacost shared some recipes from the new book!
This was my book launch breakfast! Ginger tea, lemon water and porridge with coconut sugar. NY Fall breakfast.
Morning tea was this green juice from Gary Null's wholefoods - Upper West Side. It's totally glowing!
Next stop was Upper West Side Barnes and Noble where I signed the store copies and enjoyed a That's it bar.
Lunch was a vega protein bar - chocolate peanut butter cup - I love that vega launched their new products because the ingredients are much cleaner! I enjoyed this in Central Park.
Next stop was Upper East Side Barnes and Noble where I signed books.
If you get a copy from Barnes and Noble you may just find a little love note from me that looks like this!
Lunch was lemon rice with peanuts from my favorite Indian place in manhattan - Muglai.
Evening stop was Union Square Barnes and Noble!
From here I was live on Robert Scott Bell show on Natural News!
And signed the store copies!
At Union Square the book is in the diet section and also the self improvement!
Next stop was Times Square! I was so surprised and happy to see them growing kale! Haha check it out! City kale.
Had dinner at Bareburger!

Had an amazing sleep in today!
Very excited as the Earth Diet was featured in UK's largest woman's magazine "Fabulous"!
Then started the day with this amazing breakfast in bed! Raw chocolate almond butter cup (available on Earth Diet website). I had 3 of them! Protein! Antioxidants!
For lunch I had a Phresh Greens!
Today was the Navel Expo all day long! It was amazing to see the Long Island community come together for health!
Dr Leonard Coldwell rocked the stage and empowered people!
Came home late but wanted to cook something and was craving fats and protein. Made the superfood kale salad recipe in new book, with organic chicken.

Friday was such an amazing surprising day! A few days ago my manager looked at the Earth Diet ranking on Amazon and it was 33,000! Then he looked at it Friday and said you better look at Amazon! When I looked I was really surprised and shocked and so so happy! I cried a bit with so much joy! The Earth Diet was ranked #13 for Health, Diets, Nutrition and Fitness! It made it to #10 for the day and also #3 for new releases! I am so grateful. And this makes me so happy because its so great to see a natural lifestyle book get some momentum! I am so passionate about this book being successful and being available to people because it saved my life, transformed my health issues, and there are many people out there who want the same health experience! It's 4 days to book launch. I have worked so hard on this for the past 6 years and its so fulfilling to see some great results!
For lunch I made 2 recipes from the Earth Diet book - Pasta Primavera which is gluten free pasta with vegetables, and Chicken Nuggets! It's so relaxing to make food when we make the time and can focus on just making an amazing meal!

The celebration lunch feast! Chicken Nuggets with a gluten free almond meal and turmeric coating, with Pasta Primavera and lettuce with lemon.
I was so happy when I found this bar in my bag! Haha a nice surprise! This was my dinner! I love these That's It bars because they have 2 ingredients: apple and apricot! That's really it - and they are delicious - no preservatives!
That evening I went to the Hay House I Can Do It event in Passedena California! It's always good to listen to Wayne Dyer!
Got to catch up with these lovely ladies! Emily Rose Shaw who is an Earth Diet Health Coach, and Jill DeJong who is a health model and blogger for Models Do Eat!
Had a green tea.
This morning was travel time from California to NYC. I got a beet juice and these bars for snacks throughout the day. Gluten free and high in antioxidants!
Drank lots of water today! And on the plane I did an hour of intentional body work while sitting in my seat. Making it work!
Dinner was this Pure bar - gluten free, organic an vegan!

A day of nourishing and taking care.
Had a bentonite clay. And a lemon water.
Then a I had a peanut butter cup and an almond butter cup.

Stack of books! Every week on radio I am giving away so many great healthy things! :)))
Signing books was so fun. Very grateful.
Lunch was my go-to snack bars in California! That's it bars - made with two ingredients, my favorite the apricot and apple. With a vega chocolate peanut butter protein bar - new product they have cleaner ingredients!
When asked "what do I really want?" I came to the conclusion that what I really want is to feel health at every single moment. That feeling of health we all know :) I can notice when I am out of health and then be able to bring myself back to it.
Watched 10 Questions for Dalai Lama documentary - amazing. Inner peace and discipline.
My clients are also friends! Today I had a coaching session with John! He just got his copy of the new book in!
Still loving this moment from yesterday with Jill at Malibu Pier!
Night time hot tub and study of the Earth Diet book! Used this time for physical exercise also.
Had coconut milk chocolate peanut butter ice cream for dessert.
Next Tuesday is book launch!!! OMG!!!! :))))

Woke up and saw this online :) green juice - best way to start the day!
Breakfast! I love this Vitacost brand because: it has one ingredient; peanuts! And it's so smooth! With some raw chocolate.

Company was excellent :) weather was amazing. Blue skies and sunshine.

Grateful moments! Today I counted my blessings. We also saw a beautiful seal today in the ocean! Gratitude creates health in the body instantly, real gratitude, like I was grateful it was sunny today - not snowing. Grateful for the company of Jill really beautiful energy, grateful for the amazing food and drink I had today - so clean and fresh! Grateful for the 2 clients I did one-on-one coaching today! Grateful for the Earth Diet Health Coaches and Ambassadors!!!
