What I ate today:

Morning: Water


Lunch:  Orange Juice - Starbucks now has freshly squeezed orange juice.  How good it is, is up to you! It does say on the package that the ONLY ingredients are 5 oranges!! J

Afternoon Drink: Green tea

Afternoon Drink: Organic red wine

Dinner: Went to One Lucky Duck and had a salad full of greens and parmesan cheese made with macadamia nuts!

Dessert: Chocolate Cheesecake Pop from One Lucky Duck - Raw & Vegan! J

Nutrients I got today: Protein, Vitamin C and antioxidants
