Day 30

Raw chocolate Mint Pie
Day 30 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Saturday April 30th 2011.

Eating Program (all meals use ONLY ingredients that are provided naturally by earth):
Morning: A jasmine tea.
Next meal: Granola! A product of The Earth Diet by Michele's Goji Berry Granola. Ingredients: almonds, oats (gluten free), agave, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, walnuts, coconut, goji berries and vegan butter spread. It is also gluten free, soy free, sugar free and high in antioxidant and is now available for purchase in USA through MYLO Gourmet website (www.mylogourmet.com) and will be shipped to your home :)
Next meal: An avocado with walnuts and lemon juice. 
Next meal: A sweet and spicy thai wrap, raw. Ingredients: lettuce, avocado, mango, agave, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, himalayan salt, carrot, cabbage, ginger, garlic and cayene pepper.
Next meal: Raw Mint Chocolate Pie. Ingredients: Almonds, dates, cacao powder, cacao nibs, vanilla extract, cashews, mint, agave, himalayan salt, coconut oil, cacao butter.
Next meal: Almond butter. 
A ginger tea. 
3 out of 5 meals were raw and 2 were cooked.

Exercise Program by Patrick:

Night: Stretching.

Hypnosis Program by Paul Nguyen:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)

I also listened to sound frequencies by Harmonics of Healing.
