April Day 1

Day 1 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like (Friday April 1st 2011).

Eating Program:
Morning: Beet, Carrot, Celery, Ginger, Lemon and Garlic juice :)
Next meal: Chocolate balls and almond butter. Ingredients: Cacao, Cacao Butter, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt and Almonds. And a green tea.
Next meal: A sprout salad, chickpeas, lentils and peas. And a green tea.
Next meal: 1/2 an avocado.
Next meal: A grapefruit and orange juice (one grapefruit and four oranges). 
Next meal: White rice and beans with yucca and 1/2 avocado.
Next meal: A bowl of oven baked potatoes with onion, chilli, garlic, coriander/cilantro and olive oil mmm!

Exercise Program:
20 minute walk outside in the fresh air
Stretching and breathing

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)

I also had a 20 minute Bentonite Clay bath. It's highly absorptive properties and its ability to draw out and bind heavy metals, drugs and other toxins from the body.
