April Day 13

Day 13 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Wednesday April 13th 2011.

Eating Program:
Morning: A burdock root tea
Next meal: A beet, carrot, celery, ginger and lemon juice
Next meal:Organic sprouts with avocado and lemon
Next meal: A chocolate ball. Ingredients: Cacao, Cacao Butter, Agave, Water.
Next meal: White rice and beans with Yucca, and Avocado Salad :) (Same as yesterday) Ingredients: lettuce, coriander/cilantro, spring onion, avocado and lemon.
Next meal: a chocolate ball. Ingredients: Cacao, Cacao Butter, Agave, Water
Next meal: 1/2 cup oats
Evening: a green tea.
2 meals out of 6 were cooked, 4 were raw. Majority raw :)

Exercise Program:

40 minutes walking
1 hour and 10 minutes stretching :)

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)

I also had a 25 minute Epsom Salt bath. 

Inspiration: There is nothing for you to go back and live over, or fix, or feel regret about now.
