April Day 9

Day 9th on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Saturday April 9th 2011.

Eating Program:
Morning: Water with 1/2 lemon.
Next meal: Strawberry Smoothie! Divine :) Ingredients: Strawberries, blueberries, pecan butter, avocado, dates, flaxseeds, maca powder, almond milk.
Next meal: Avocado seed Salad. Ingredients: Avocado, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, pine nuts, lemon, chia seeds and flax seeds.
Next meal: Chocolate Balls with fresh strawberries. Ingredients: cacao, agave, almonds, cashews, water and cacao nibs. mmm
Next meal: A carrot.
Next meal:

Exercise Program:
40 minutes of walking :) Some yoga and breathing exercises.

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)
Did 20 minutes meditation with a focus on 'Abundance' with my beautiful friend Nicole Adamonis :)

Inspiration: Abundance is available to us all if we accept it and take it :)
