My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.
This is what my day looked like - Tuesday April 5th 2011.
Eating Program:
Morning: A glass of water and 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay in another glass of water :)
Next meal: 1 grapefruit and 2 orange juice
Next meal: 1/2 an avocado
Next meal:1 chocolate ball with almond butter :) Ingredients: Cacao, cacao butter, agave and almonds.
Next meal: 1/2 an avocado with white rice and pinto beans.
Next meal: 1/2 an avocado with Spaghetti Squash - ingredients: spaghetti squash, onion, garlic,sage, himalayan salt
Next meal: Chick Pea Curry with 1/2 avocado and fresh coriander/cilantro. Ingredients: Chick peas, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, cayene pepper, carrots, olive oil, sage, coriander/cilantro seeds.
Next meal: a chocolate ball, ingredients: cacao, cacao butter and agave.
Exercise Program:
Morning: 20 minutes walking to and from the gym Big Al's Family Fitness :)
25 minutes of cardio, 7 minutes of skipping (also cardio!) and 10 minutes stretching and sweating out toxins in the sauna :)
Night: 10 minutes stretching
Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)
Did a bentonite clay mask and had a 10 minute epsom salt bath.
Inspiration: We are all the same under the skin.
