April Day 6

Day 6 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Wednesday April 6th 2011.

Eating Program:
Morning: Water with 1/2 a lemon juice
Next meal: Beet, Carrot, Celery, Ginger juice.
Next meal: 2 organic nectarines
Next meal: 2 chocolate balls with almond butter
Next meal: Chickpea curry with risoto and avocado! Mmm divine. Ingredients: Chickpea Curry; Chick peas, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, cayene pepper, carrots, olive oil, sage, coriander/cilantro seeds. Risoto: Brown Rice cooked in olive oil with fresh spring onions, garlic and coriander/cilantro. Topped with sliced avocado, fresh coriander/cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
Next meal: 2 chocolate balls with almond butter.

Exercise Program:
Morning: Trained with Patrick at the park doing core, ab and leg work with the kettle bells. My most challenging workout for the week!
Afternoon: 15 minutes walking.

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)
