Thoughts: I received a comment today: "I think you might have an eating disorder and your blog reads as a justification for it. You don't give amounts when you list your daily food intake but it really doesn't look substantial. Have you lost weight?
If this is about natural foods, why is it necesssary to list what exercise you do every day?
Thank you for the comment. Now I am going to seek external advice about the issue you have raised and I am committed to have this all be a healthy adventure to prove what's possible for a human being. I will address your question in the next blog, and it may take a few blogs or more to explore it fully, as your comment requires much more research and understanding than just personal opinion.

What I Ate Today:
Breakfast: Chocolate balls! 3 nectarines. Lemon juice with water.
Lunch: Salad with green lettuce leaves and spinach and avocado and lemon juice.
Dinner: Organic free range chicken with raw organic honey and fresh rosemary. MMMM! With roasted pumpkin!
Dessert: No dessert.
Snacks: macadamia nuts and walnuts.
Recipe: Chicken with honey and rosemary with spinach and roasted pumpkin!
1. Organic free range chicken
2. Olive oil
3. Raw Honey
4. Fresh Rosemary
5. Baby spinach
6. Roasted pumpkin.
1. Cube pumpkin and put into an oven tray, paint with olive oil and bake in the oven.
2. Cut chicken into strips or cubes.
3. Fry chicken in olive oil.
4. Add honey and rosemary.
5. When cooked serve on fresh raw baby spinach! Mmmmmm!
Exercise: a Pump class (weights) at the gym! I love pumping it!
