Next: Raw COOKIE DOUGH BALLS
Next: Lemon Water
6 things consumed today are RAW & LIVING.
2 things were cooked.

Today I consumed high amounts of: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Magnesium.
This kind of eating is good for weight loss, clear skin, cleansing, nourishment, warming the body, alkalizing the body, cleansing the liver, energy and reducing inflammation.
Exercise: Walking. Dancing, stretching to some music.
Spent the day in New York.

Spoke at HEMP FESTIVAL in Philadelphia
SEPTEMBER
Spoke HEALTH at Dr Coldwell's BOOTCAMP
OCTOBER
Went on a BIKE TOUR across USA to spread awareness about GMO's and Prop 37
NOVEMBER
Reflected on people who have transformed their lives with health like Andrew who lost 57 pounds in 45 days by JUICING!
DECEMBER
My last class for 2012 will be at the Inside Out Beauty Bar in New York.
