This is what my day looked like - Tuesday 31st of May 2011.
Next meal: Raw Choc Chip Peanut Butter Balls (New recipe!) Ingredients: Oats, cashews, peanuts, honey, cacao nibs, cacao powder.
|Smoothie: Almond butter, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, raw honey, maca powder, hemp seeds, goji berrues and water! And love ;)|
*My program was created to be majority raw, some cooked foods, incorporating meats and vegan meals, juices, cleansing teas/meals/drinks and desserts. All meals use only ingredients that are provided by the earth naturally. When you complete the questionnaire online you can also create it how you want it to be.

- The RAW Living Class I lead at the Organic Corner on Sunday 29th was awesome! Thanks for everyone who came...we did juicing for detoxing, weightloss, a pasta pesto made with zucchini and chocolate chip cookie dough... YUM! The next class I'm teaching at OC will be on Saturday 25th June 9am-10:30am. We are doing Sweet & Spicy Wraps and Cheesecake.
- The next RAW food class I'm leading in Huntington at The Water Well will be on Tuesday the 28th of June 7-9pm, we are doing Lasagana then Ice Cream :)
- Reading the script for Backwater today... 5 days til shooting! :)You will be seeing less of me blogging during this time! ;)
If you get a diagnosis that is not what you want to hear, the tendency is to say, "Oh, my god! How did I get so far away from something I want so much?"
