Day 40

Here is a blog journal of the 40th Day on my Customized Health Programs put together by some of
The Earth Diet team.

The programs I am currently taking are for Eating, Exercise and Hypnosis

This is what my day looked like - Tuesday May 11th 2011.

Eating Program: 
Morning: 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay
First meal: A juice with beet, carrot, celery and ginger.
Next meal: Cuban style yucca. Ingredients: yucca, himalayan salt, olive, oil, onion, garlic, lemon. Recipe HERE.

Next meal: a Green Juice made by Greg at the Organic Corner :) Ingredients: spinach, lettuce, lemon, parsley, cucumber and celery. Also met with Este who owns a nut butter company 'Almondie' and sampled many delicious butters like Almond, Cashew, Brazil Nut, Sesame (Whole and unhulled!), Pecan, Walnut, Hazelnut and Pumpkin Seed! mmm
Next meal: Almond butter.
Next meal: Veggie Cashew Curry. Ingredients: rice, onions, olive oil, ginger, cinnamon, cardamon, anise, potatoes, cauliflower, peas, saffron, coconut oil, cashews, coconut milk, coriander/cilantro, coriander seeds, caraway seeds, peppercorns, himalayan salt, olive oil. Recipe HERE.
Next meal: 1 avocado
Today 2 meals were raw, 2 were cooked ;)

Veggie Cashew Curry
*My program was created to be majority raw, some cooked foods, incorporating meats and vegan meals, juices, cleansing teas/meals/drinks and desserts. All meals use only ingredients that are provided by the earth naturally. When you complete the questionnaire online you can also create it how you want it to be.

Exercise Program by Patrick:
1 hour kettle bell workout with Patrick at the park. For legs, arms, abs and core :) And a 30 minute walk :)

Hypnosis Program by Paul Nguyen:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management'
