My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program. The programs were created by our team for my personal 'wants' and requirements (etc I want to eat dessert everyday, various exercises and also meditation). What you want may be different and so your program would reflect that.
This is what my day looked like - Monday May 2nd 2011.
Eating Program (all meals use ONLY ingredients that are provided naturally by earth):
Morning: 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of Bentonite Clay
First meal: Buckwheat pancakes with almond butter and agave :) Ingredients: buckwheat, water, agave and almonds ;)
Jasmine tea :)
Next meal: An avocado with walnuts.
Next meal: Almond Butter
Next meal: Brazil Patte. Ingredients:Brazil nuts, coconut meat, rosemary.
Next meal: Sushi at the Emmy's. Ingredients: Rice, nori, cucumber, wasabi and asparagus.
3 meals were raw, 2 were cooked.
Exercise Program by Patrick:
Morning: Walking in the morning with Karin :)
Night: At the Sports Emmy's, walking talking :)
Hypnosis Program by Paul Nguyen:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' with Alice ;)
I also listened to sound frequencies for 10 minutes by Harmonics of Healing.
