Anti-inflammatory Juice

If you are experiencing inflammation in your body here is a juice that can help: (You know if you are experiencing inflammation if you are tried, have aches and pains, have swollen legs, belly and face.)

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves: One

Ingredients: 2 green apples
1 large cucumber
2 cups spinach

Action:1. Put all ingredients through your juice machine. 
2. Drink.
