Thoughts: What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
Challenges: When I allow fear to steer my choices. I also realize how afraid of failure I am, obsessed with it, terrified of it. In fact I have spent the majority of my life afraid of failing and afraid of looking bad - and when I ask myself that question "What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail", there would be a lot of things I would do.
Triumphs: Courage to me is acknowledging the fear and doing it anyway :) "Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear." - Anonymous
What I Ate Today:
Food fest 1: The juice of a grapefruit and 2 oranges
Food fest 2: A white flesh nectarine.
Food fest 3: Zuchetti! Zuchinni pasta and sauce that actually resembles spaghetti bolognaise. Zuchinni grated like pasta, the sauce is blended tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, coriander (cilantro), basil, garlic and chopped spring onions on top :) You may even want to put some grated brazil nuts on top for an extra crunch ;)
Food fest 4: Another white flesh nectarine :)
Food fest 5: Brazil nuts
Food fest 6: 2 avocados and some more brazil nuts
