Day 333


Thoughts:

"To wish to be well is a part of becoming well"

- Seneca .....So true! By cultivating a deep desire to be alive, a deep love of life, we can truly wish to be well, and thereby accomplish it!

What I Ate Today:

Meal 1: A beet, carrot, celery, ginger, garlic and spinach juice.



Meal 2: A orange and grapefruit juice.

Meal 3:
A mandarin (clementine.)

Meal 3: Sweet Potato Pie. Created with walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, oats, agave syrup, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, coconut oil, sweet potatoes, eggs, and avocado!



Meal 4: Raw Donuts! Created from pumpkin, apples, coconut flour, cashews, coconut oil, coconut creme, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg!



Meal 5: Raw Cauliflower.

Exercise: One hour of dancing, stretching and moving to any which way the music flowed ;) At my house :) And lots of walking. And singing karaoke at night with Jimmy! Good ol Cake 'Short Skirt Lonnnng Jacket'.
