August 3rd


What I ate today:

Morning: Bentonite clay

Breakfast: One Raw Chocolate full bar (Vanilla Raw Almond)  

Morning Snack: One of the most lush and delicious organic nectarines I've ever had! J

Lunch:  One organic egg and organic turkey bacon on spelt bread, cooked in extra virgin coconut oil.

Afternoon Snack: A handful of raw walnuts and a handful of roasted almonds!

Dinner: My sister made this epic awesome stir fry! With honey and sesame oil as the sauce flavoring yum! And with organic chicken, broccoli, carrots, and beans cooked in coconut oil.  And a sprinkle of Real salt and cracked black pepper! Delicious!!! The vegans can make this simply by using maple syrup and obviously no meat.  Fill up your stir fry with as many vegetables as you want!!! J Whatever you are craving.  What do you think.. If you are craving it do you believe your body is needing those nutrients?  Intuitive eating....

Nutrients I got today: Protein, magnesium and antioxidants!

Exercise: Walking around the city!

Affirmation: “If I save myself I save the world.”

Grateful for: 
That I drank bentonite clay today! I haven’t for a while and I feel like drinking clay for a little while until I feel “cleaner” Might last a week.. Maybe more! And when I want a stronger cleanse I use diatomaceous earth – ground up coral. My mum used it to help heal her breast cancer, she said it really worked for her and felt like it cleansed a lot of toxins powerfully.  People say it “cuts through toxins like glass”.. So always drink in your own safety and listen to your body and doctor if you trust your doctor/natural doctor J
