Morning: Freshly squeezed orange juice

Next: PHRESH GREEN DRINK ! Wheatgrass, spinach, kale...

Next: A blackberry, pineapple, papaya and starfruit smoothie!


Next: PINTO: rice and beans with avocado and lime juice!



Next: one avocado

A light food day today. Lots of nourishing liquids for cellular nutrition! I am missing my beet juice!

Exercise: spent hours walking and stretching on the beach in the sun !

In Costa Rica...

Hey guys, no blog yesterday.... ! Yesterday was so fun... took a 4 hour taxi ride from San Jose to Dominical and am staying right on the beach ! It is so warm... and the sand here is dark brown/black... perhaps because of the volcano! The water feels so refreshing and alkalizing and full of minerals! BODY HAPPY! Yesterday I had fresh local fish and a mango smoothie! and macadamia nuts! I am loving the abundance of fresh fruit here :)

Today went surfing in Dominical ! 



Morning: Water with lime juice

Next: Brazil Nuts

Next: A strawberry and blueberry smoothie! with a touch of water


Next: Pistachios

Next: A star fruit, pineapple and papaya smoothie!


Next: went out for sushi in Dominical, had green tea, Raw salmon, soup, avocado sushi rolls.

Next: Raw chocolate brownies ! cacao, cashews and honey! 3 ingredients... UHHH SIMPLE YUM.


Next: one orange

Next: walnuts

Next: 1 tablespoon diatomaceous earth in water


Next: Free range eggs cooked in extra virgin olive oil (aware that coconut oil is healthier for cooking), in a wholewheat wrap with lettuce and avocado and sea salt!

Next: Fresh pineapple

Next: Fresh papaya

Next: Freshly squeezed ORANGE JUICE

Next: Pancakes !  Made with organic gluten free oats, egg, water, sea salt, honey ! With FRESH STRAWBERRIES !


Next: Phresh GREEN DRINK! Kale, spinach, wheat grass...

Next: Salmon with GREEN SALAD (avocado, spinach, lettuce, spring onions/shallots, apple, sprouts, cilantro, parsley, lime) dressed with shaved almonds, ginger and lime :)



Next: Freshly roasted cacao with honey and cashews :)



Exercise: PAINT BALLING ! and plenty jumping on the trampoline, and stretching in the sun!

We went to the FARMERS MARKETS !!!

So awesome, great prices, FRESH FOOD !



First: Had SUGAR CANE JUICE squeezed there!

Next: Fresh PINEAPPLE (mmm so yum and sweet! 5 pineapples for $2 USD)



Next: Freshly squeezed orange juice!

Next: Eggs on a wholewheat wrap, with FRESH RAW lettuce, cilantro, parsley, avocado, chives/spring onion!

Next: Made CHOCOLATE with FRESH ROASTED CACAO BEANS! CACAO, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, honey (from the farmers markets), sea salt, vanilla extract!

After they roasted, they were shelled. The right is the roasted cacao bean. Crunchy, lush, smooth.


Next: Rock'n Raw Chocolate

Next: GREEN SALAD! With AVOCADO, walnuts, lettuce, spinach, parsley, coriander, LIME JUICE!

Next: Ginger tea

WHITE CHOCOLATE BLUE BERRY SQUARES

Here is the recipe: !!!!

Raw, vegan, REAL FOOD, refined sugar free, dairy free, soy free, gluten free, GMO FREE, chemical free, NOURISHING

Makes 10 squares
Action:
1. In a blender place the shredded coconut, rolled oats and almond meal and pulse together until flour consistency, a bit of texture left in this mixture is good! Pour into a bowl.
2. Place in all other ingredients except blueberries and mix well until it becomes a cookie dough consistency .
3. In a brownie tray lined with baking paper and/or greased with coconut oil place half the mixture and flatten it out. Then add the blueberries and evenly space. Then add the rest of the mixture on top and press down firmly.
4. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Then cut into squares and serve!

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup almond meal
½ cup coconut milk
¾ cup (90g) of cacao butter melted in the sun or very low heat
1/3 cup of honey
2 punnets of blueberries
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or shavings of 2 vanilla beans
